We are looking for an energetic individual to join our team.
The successful candidate will be the first smiling face when our patients enter our practice and the first friendly voice they hear over the phone.
We are looking for a professional with excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor and the ability to multi-task.
The dental receptionists primary role is to provide outstanding customer care while effectivly running front desk procedures, in support of the exisiting administration team.
Our office provides a fast-paced, friendly environment with opportunites to gain experience and advance professionally.
Our administration team is looking to grow and evolve together.
Experience:
Customer Service (2 year minimum) Dental experience (1 year required) Familiarity with Dentrix (recommended) Familiarity with 3rd Party Financing (recommended) Familiarity with analytics (recommended)
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and guests upon arrival and departure Perform administrative duties Answer phones, schedule appointments Process payments Maintain office supplies inventory Provide general support to other employees Maintain a clean and organzied reception area Job Type:
