Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
Retrieve and interpret diet orders/changes from Nursing Units and Triage; Enter supplementary feeding information including outpatient meal requests into the computer, using information received from e-mail, computerized Dietetic Lists and Reports; Assist Food Service Worker's in the Retherm area preparing late trays, outpatient meal trays and adjustments to trays due to diet changes, newly reported food allergies or preferences prior to the next meal service; Retrieve voicemail from the Patient Food Preference Hotline; Conduct inventories of the office and request supplies; Assist Administrative Dietitian in activities related to maintaining continuity and proper functioning of the Communication Center; Collect assigned data in order to assist Administrative Dietitian in quality assurance, dietetic management and nutrition related studies; etc Work Schedule:

Experience:
Applicants must have one (1) year of progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of a Program Support Clerk. OR, Education:
Applicants may substitute two (2) years above high school education for the experience required for the GS-04 grade-level. Successfully completed education above the high school level in any field for which high school graduation or the equivalent is the normal prerequisite is creditable at this grade level for this position. This education must have been obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university. One year of full-time academic study is defined as 30 semester hours, 45 quarter hours, or the equivalent in a college or university, or at least 20 hours of classroom instruction per week for approximately 36 weeks in a business, secretarial, or technical school. The position to be filled is a Clerk, GS-04. An applicant has 8 months of qualifying experience and 20 semester hours of college. The applicant meets 67 percent of the required experience and 33 percent of the required education. The applicant meets 100 percent of the total requirements and is qualified for the position. The position to be filled is a Clerk, GS-04. The applicant has 4 months of qualifying experience and 1 year of business school. The applicant meets 33 percent of the required experience and 50 percent of the required education. The applicant meets 83 percent of the total requirements and is not qualified for the position. Physical Requirements:
The work is primarily sedentary; however, frequent walking to the Retherm area is required to make tray changes. Periodically helps Food Service Workers in the Retherm area to adjust trays with diet changes after trayline has finished. Movements may include bending and standing, lifting and movement of patient trays to different cart locations, connecting and/or disconnecting tray cart in Retherm stall. Functional Requirements:
Light lifting (under 15 pounds), Light carrying (under 15 pounds), Use of fingers, Walking (3 hours), Repeated bending (1 hour), Both legs required, Near vision correctable at 13 to 16 to Jaeger 1 to 4, Hearing (aid permitted). Environmental Factors:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
